What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part- Time Morning Baker position at Third Coast Pizzeria?
We are looking for an ambitious and capable person with a positive/team driven personality to fill our morning baker position. Requirements:
1-2 years of restaurant experience
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be 18 years of age
Reliable
Hand strength
A knowledge of baking/dough prep is preferred
A knowledge of food prep is also preferred
Time management
Being able to work independently or as part of a team
Daily Tasks:
Assessing the day and the amount of dough needed for the day
Preparing different types of dough for the restaurant daily
Putting away truck orders correctly and in the correct places
Standing for long periods of time
Kneading dough for long periods of time
Preparing pizza crush sheet outs for the morning shift
Communicating when items in the restaurant are low or we are out of them
Cleaning your station
Helping team members if necessary
Washing/running dishes if necessary
