Job Description:
We are looking for a high energy, organized individual to work in the Credit Reporting area of Loan Servicing. Candidate’s main focus will be to work in a team environment to ensure accurate credit reporting for Third Federal’s Customers.
Duties and Responsibilities may include:
- Research credit disputes reported to Third Federal from Credit Bureaus via E-Oscar, directly from Customers, or through internal channels
- Provide timely responses to credit disputes
- Work to correct inaccurate information in credit reporting
- Review reports from the Credit Bureaus on a monthly basis
- Work within E-Oscar to correct inaccurate credit information
- Perform quality reviews of credit data prior to reporting
- Perform other Default or Loan Servicing tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of prior credit reporting experience required
- Mortgage loan knowledge experience is preferred
- Ability to understand and explain loan history
- Ability to research and resolve complex issues
- Must be detail oriented, accurate and able to work efficiently
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to take on and learn new tasks quickly
