Join Our Team as a Loan Professional!
Are you a high-energy, experienced loan professional? We are seeking dedicated individuals to work in a dynamic call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls. As a non-commissioned loan associate, you’ll be responsible for managing loan applications through closing and assisting customers with their loan inquires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large pipeline of loan applications (average 55-65) originated online and through our Customer Care areas.
- Follow loan applications from origination to closing.
- Assist customer with questions regarding their loan in process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in home equity/mortgage loan applications within a retail banking environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to understand the customer need and ask for the business
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- PC proficiency required; experience with mortgage software preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain productivity under deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and friendly demeanor.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid position with some remote work and onsite work at our Main Campus located in Cleveland, Ohio
- Work hours are generally between 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday, until 6:00pm on Friday, with some Saturday work required.
