Alex Dubin previously worked for two successful search funds which acquired and exited investments, as a management consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, and in investment banking at Citigroup.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Private Equity MBA Intern at Third & Jefferson Holdings. The role will involve conducting market and industry research to validate investment theses, performing financial analysis, participating in due diligence processes, and assisting Alex with key projects. The Private Equity MBA Intern will gain relevant hands-on experience in the private equity / search fund industry that will serve as a valuable catalyst for future private equity endeavors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Prior experience in finance, consulting, banking, or start-ups
- Strong writing and communication skills
- General interest and enthusiasm for finance, strategy, and market research
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Self directed and effective problem solver
This is an unpaid internship however interns will have the opportunity to earn a potential deal related success fee.
