What are the responsibilities and job description for the Press Operator 2nd Shift position at Third Man Records?
Seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals for full-time press operator positions. The ideal candidate will have a high level of productivity, above average communication skills, and a passion for music. Previous mechanical experience is a plus.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Operating machinery including but not limited to manual and/or automatic record presses
- Recording production numbers
- Examining product to ensure highest level of quality
- Filling pvc hoppers and label ovens
- Flexibility of working in other departments based on operational needs
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 30lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Time management
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Close adherence to safety at all times
