Customer Service Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent Customer Care: Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Manage Incoming Calls and Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
- Foster a Positive Experience: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals by providing exceptional customer service.
- Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Record, organize and file customer interactions and account changes.
- Sales and Upselling: Able to up-sell if needed and schedule call back and appoints to resolve customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is required.
- Effective Communication: Excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience are necessary.
