Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist role at Third Party CS involves providing exceptional customer care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes.
  • Able to up-sell if needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills and experience.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
