- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
- Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes.
- Able to up-sell if needed.
Requirements:
