Job Overview:
Third Party International (TPI) is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Consultant with a background in Supplier Quality to support a key client in Matamoros, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in component manufacturing and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. This role focuses on assisting with PPAP work and first article inspection. Spanish language skills are a plus. Must be a US citizen
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement in battery electrolyte manufacturing.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives to resolve production challenges.
- Assist in developing and completing Control plans, and other work to PPAP components
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Complete FAI Reports for client
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
- Experience in Quality or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies (certifications preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
