What We Are Looking For

The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve measurable business goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and deep expertise in paid media to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference

  • Agency Management
  • Manage all paid social agencies and paid display agency
  • Manage CTV agencies and develop a point of view on a TV strategy
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • In partnership with agencies, develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to business objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin, and CTV and other programmatic networks.
  • Define KPIs for success and align strategies with overarching marketing goals.
  • Research and Planning:
  • Partner with the analytics teams to understand audience segmentation and persona development to inform campaign targeting.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with organic strategies and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaboration and Creative Input:
  • Partner with the brand team and agencies to develop a creative testing plan.
  • Work with brand and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Reporting and Insights:
  • Generate detailed reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful takeaways on a monthly basis.
  • Innovation and Learning:
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates.
  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Proven expertise with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, AppLovin, CTV platforms, and programmatic networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Measured or similar.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they intersect with paid media strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools; experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of video and display advertising trends.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Compensation

Annual base salary range of 70-90K

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
