Looking for a seasoned pastry chef ready to take charge of our pastry program! Not, “our” pastry program, but your own!
We are a new restaurant and cocktail lounge in Kirkland looking for a dedicated pastry chef to head and develop our pastry program. We anticipate using an in-house program to stock our breads used for service, as well as our mise for the desserts offered. In addition we would like to offer a robust pastry program to include tarts, chocolates and laminated products in the mornings as well as the evenings.
This is an opportunity to create your own menu and concept within our own, working side-by-side with our chef and head bartender to create a seamless and cohesive experience.

Role:
-Developing the pastry program including menu design, costing, ordering and staffing
-Anticipating and maintaining Par stocks for items offered
-Identifying and communicating needs for successful completion of the project
-Daily execution of menu items, including physical production and execution during service
Qualifications
-4 years baking experience in a professional setting
-1 year management
-R&D experience
-Open availability
- Excellent communication skills
