You won’t be “just an actor,” “just an Axepert,” or “just a game room operator.” Instead, you’ll fill whatever exciting role is needed that day-sometimes all in one shift! One day you might be hyping up a group as a game master, the next you’re teaching axe throwing, and later you’re stepping into character to create unforgettable escape room moments. We believe in cross-training so you’ll never be bored and always have new skills to show off!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage groups of all sizes and backgrounds, ensuring every guest feels included and excited to participate

• Instruct guests on axe throwing techniques and safety protocols, making sure everyone has fun in a safe environment

• Host and referee axe throwing games, keeping the energy high and the competition friendly

• Guide escape room experiences by providing clues, hints, and encouragement, helping groups solve puzzles and beat the clock

• Step into character and bring immersive experiences to life as an actor, game master, or event host-whatever the day calls for!

• Capture memorable moments by taking group photos and celebrating guest achievements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue throughout each shift

• Sell concessions and merchandise, upselling with enthusiasm and product knowledge

• Monitor guest safety at all times, responding quickly and professionally to any issues

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace where everyone supports each other

Qualifications

Who You Are

• A natural hype-person with a flair for performance and the ability to energize a crowd

• Skilled at delivering exceptional customer service, adapting to diverse groups and personalities

• Reliable, organized, and proactive-able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• A quick learner who’s open to feedback and eager to master new skills across all our activities

• Comfortable with public speaking, leading groups, and stepping into different roles as needed

• Passionate about creating experiences guests will rave about long after they leave
