About the role:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of campaigns that will elevate the brand and develop ways for people to react to and interact with our portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams, media outlets, external partners, and more to amplify the brand’s presence and ensure seamless execution of a number of projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Public Relations Support:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press materials, including: press releases, media kits and event announcements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, national and industry-specific media outlets, bloggers, influencers and journalists to ensure positive media coverage for our events.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and execute events including press events, influencer visits, sponsorship activations, tradeshows and special events.
- Manage groups of people both on and off-site before, during and after special events.
Partnership & Sponsorship Support:
- Identification, outreach, negotiation and maintenance of strategic B2B partnerships and sponsorships that align with our brand.
Asset Management:
- Stay up-to-date on category trends and market changes.
- Create and maintain an organized database of photos, videos, graphics and more.
- Coordinate and oversee photographer contracts and travel schedules.
- Manage creation, production and distribution of printed collateral.
Travel within the United States as well as working evenings on weekends will be required seasonally and as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
- Experience working in live entertainment is highly preferred.
- Ability to absorb, feel and imitate the brand.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and managing high-demand situations with ease.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proactive, collaborative and resourceful with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- This is a full-time, in office position based out of our Denver headquarters.
- Salary range of $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience.
