• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.

Preferred:

• Experience in seasonal or event-based roles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the entertainment industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the season.
