Performance Manager

Description

The performance manager reports to the general manager and is responsible for hiring, training, and staffing all performance roles throughout the event. The performance manager ensures all performances are done correctly and that each attraction provides an exceptional guest experience. The performance manager will work alongside the wardrobe manager and makeup manager to help realize the characters and themes of the event. The performance manager will be in makeup and costume, and they perform throughout the event alongside the attraction leads, runners, and scare actors they’re responsible for. The performance manager will be on radio so they may communicate with their team and the rest of management.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Be able to stand, walk and work in varying environments for up to 6 hours at a time.

Ability to work a varying schedule in terms of days and hours, as dictated by business needs.

Ability to lift 25 lbs.
