Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join our commercial insurance company, Thirty Capital Risk Management. As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be instrumental in driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and offering expert advice on a variety of commercial insurance products. You will have the chance to work closely with executives within various industries, leveraging our resources and partnerships to deliver customized, high-impact insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to grow the commercial insurance book of business
- Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions and risk management advice
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to improve cashflow.
- Manage the renewal process to ensure continued client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management
- Proven track record of success in business development or account management with a desire to generate uncapped commissions.
- General understanding of commercial insurance products, including general liability, property, builder’s risk, workers’ compensation, and more
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must hold or acquire necessary insurance licenses
- Knowledge of industry software and CRM tools is preferred
