Junior Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a local, entry-level developer for frontend, backend, or full-stack development. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with Comp-Sci or Information Systems degrees or self-taught with a portfolio of past work. An eagerness to learn and the ability to communicate well with a team are must-haves.

Frontend work will mostly involve React, TypeScript, and various other minor libraries. Backend development will utilize C#, .NET Core, Azure SQL Server, and other Azure Cloud offerings.

Given that this position is intended for new developers to learn in the best, most collaborative, environment possible, this position is on-site only, with limited work from home as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications using best practices
• Collaborate with teammates to review your code and integrate their feedback
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

General Qualifications

• Proficiency in software engineering tools
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent experience.
