Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Quality Mgt & Administration (Loyalty Marketing Department) of Marketing Planning division.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Work
- IT coordinator for the department
- Raise SRMS for installation of new software or PC support when required
- Raise iCare ticket for PC and / or printer issues
- Arrange for relevant system accesses for LMD staff
Finance Duties
Coordinate annual budget planning
Monthly preparation of month-end accruals and budget vs expenditure reports to FIN
Servicing Admin
Quality Management
Any Other Duties and Projects Assigned
Where required, to assist with any other duties assigned by the department heads.
