The Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, managing vendor relationships, generating reports, and more. This position requires a dynamic combination of creativity and analytical expertise, along with a strong passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing, scheduling, and posting content across our website and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize content.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional marketing projects, including product launches and brand initiatives.
- Work alongside the creative team to ensure visual assets align with campaign goals and messaging.
- Submit vendor invoices and other administrative duties.
- Perform work under direct supervision.
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Diligent, punctual, and ready to work!
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by the supervisor.
