The Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, managing vendor relationships, generating reports, and more. This position requires a dynamic combination of creativity and analytical expertise, along with a strong passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing, scheduling, and posting content across our website and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional marketing projects, including product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Work alongside the creative team to ensure visual assets align with campaign goals and messaging.
  • Submit vendor invoices and other administrative duties.
  • Perform work under direct supervision.
  • Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Diligent, punctual, and ready to work!
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by the supervisor.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication and influence.
  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
  • Prior experience in a specific industry if relevant (e.g., cannabis, retail, e-commerce).
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
  • Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
