KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage digital marketing campaigns and projects, from conception to launch.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, including budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives and ensure timely deliverables.
Ensure the integration of digital strategies across various marketing channels for cohesive campaigns.
Report on digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Perform work under direct supervision.
Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Diligent, punctual, and ready to work!
Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of website development, design, and digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and paid ads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in digital marketing and / or project management.
Experience working with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
REQUIREMENTS
Must be over 21 years of age.
Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities - not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and / or working on a computer.
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and / or lift 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
