Role and Responsibilities
- Building the Prudential Health brand through thought leadership and marketing communications (in partnership with Corp Comms and Customer pillar)
- Creating and disseminating engaging and informative content on health-related topics and issues through various channels and platforms
- Educating agents and customers on how health insurance works, medical inflation though thought leadership and enhanced training (in partnership with the Distribution pillar and local Agency Teams). Designing and delivering training programs and materials for agents and customers on health insurance products, benefits, and claims processes etc.
- Developing a Prudential Health Academy to develop our current and next generation of internal Health talent (in partnership with HR). Creating and implementing a Health Academy curriculum and framework that covers technical, functional, and soft skills for health professionals.
- Developing employee health and wellbeing programs (in partnership with HR). Assessing and addressing the health and wellbeing needs and challenges of employees.
- Launching and promoting internal health and wellness initiatives and campaigns that encourage healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
- Evaluating and reporting on the outcomes and impact of health and wellbeing programs on employee engagement and productivity.
- Delivering comprehensive internal and external communications to all relevant stakeholders on our Health Transformation strategy and execution progress. Developing and implementing a communication plan and strategy that covers the objectives, messages, channels, and audiences for Health communications
- Ensuring consistent and clear communication of the health vision, mission, and goals to internal and external stakeholders
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and reach of health communications
