Key Responsibilities :
- Engagement Champion : Lead initiatives that elevate employee engagement, making sure every team member feels heard, valued, and part of the Highlight Healthcare family.
- Social Media Maven : Use your creativity and social media expertise to share our vibrant company culture and core values, showcasing who we are and what we stand for.
- Chief JMF (Joy, Meaning, and Fun) Officer : Make work feel like a place people want to be. Organize activities, events, and processes that inspire positivity, foster connections, and build pride in being part of our team.
- Recruitment and Retention Guru : Guide the employee through the entire hiring process from recruitment, onboarding, retention, managing employee relations, including corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Administrative Expert : Ensuring compliance as it relates to hiring and continued employment of facility staff, payroll and timekeeping administration, OSHA reporting.
