Job Description :
- Develop and implement effective SEA business marketing strategy in alignment with global, regional and local strategies including messaging development, customer segmentation and touchpoints, market research and intelligence.
- Provide strategic and operational support to regional and local teams to ensure high-performance delivery across all regional and local marketing campaigns.
- Manage Inside sales team to deliver on the marketing and sales funnel and to measure & track on marketing ROI.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure marketing expenses are tracked and justifiable.
- Drive Yokogawa's Digital Enterprise Solutions business through business marketing not limited to events, digital marketing, partner marketing.
- Work with the Corporate Marketing team for integrated branding and demand generation marketing activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing focal from Local country offices, setting clear goals and KPI expectations.
