Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team size of at least 5 team members, both level 1 and level 2.
- Experience in Sub-Contractor management.
- Manage / track IT assets.
- Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change requests, service requests, and repairs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with security and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements.
- Manage budget and cost control.
- Vendor management :
- Collaborate with external service providers and contractors when required.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and deliver various maintenance documentation such as incident reports and maintenance reports required for O&M.
- Maintain documentation and records to support compliance efforts.
- Be the point of contact for customers.
