Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into compelling and user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder review.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business needs.
• Ensure consistency in visual and interaction designs by creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design and apply them to enhance our products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and demonstrate the value of UX within the organization.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and seek buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to prioritize design efforts and deliverables.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team and the organization as a whole.
• Participate in and contribute to design critiques and brainstorming sessions.
