We are looking for one full-time advertising sales pro for our Nashville publication (print and digital).
Niche print advertising is still king, and TheHomeMag is growing as the undisputed leader in home improvement direct-mail-marketing and digital as well. Joining TheHomeMag is often an easy transition for those professionals with successful prior advertising industry experience. Take advantage of your skill coupled with this opportunity.
In this full-time Hybrid position, but must be located within the local market area.
This is not an entry level job.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily cold calling.
- Generate a stream of new prospects to fill sales funnel with new business
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss our products and services
- Maintain regular contact between the client and the Company
- Oversee the completion of each advertisement
- Maintain the company's proprietary contact management software daily
- Attend and participate in industry trade shows and other marketing events
Knowledge and Skills
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal presentation skills
-Heavy cold calling experience
- Very organized, confident, ambitious, energetic
- Superior time management and strong work ethic
Work Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales (Preferred)
