What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Technician position at Tholen Eyecare?
We are a private practice Optometry clinic in Dripping Springs looking to grow our team! We are needing experienced technicians to help us take the best care of our patients in a busy office! Looking for reliable, fast-learning, customer-service oriented individuals interested in a career in health professions. We have a very medically oriented office with extensive special testing for eye diseases, but also see routine exams for contacts and glasses, as well as eye emergencies and surgical co-management. This keeps things fresh and exciting since no two days are the same. We very much strive to provide our patients the individualized care they deserve.

OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN is involved in patient scheduling, preliminary and special testing, front desk tasks, contact lens training, and other tasks as requested by the doctors. Experience Strongly Preferred
Entry level hourly wages based on skills, experience, and certifications. Pay increase considered after initial 90 day probationary period depending on skills acquired.
