The Role

This leadership position involves inspiring and guiding a team of talented individuals to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business growth through entrepreneurial skills.

• Motivate and develop team members to achieve results through effective training, accountability, and celebrating successes.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve store sales targets, contributing to overall company success.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and understanding market needs.
• Demonstrate operational excellence in all store processes, including budget management, stock optimization, and visual merchandising.
• Drive business categories through product and clienteling strategy, leveraging CRM tools to attract, retain, and engage clientele.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a diverse and talented team of individuals.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a retail leader with a background in luxury fashion or retail.
• An entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving results and adapting to challenges.
• Influential interpersonal skills, relationship-oriented, and exceptional communication skills.
• A true fashion expert with a passion for sales, styling, and clienteling.
• Strong talent development and leadership skills.
