We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in the luxury fashion industry. You will be a true fashion expert with a passion for sales, styling, and clienteling.
Your primary objective will be to develop business strategies, set achievable goals, and implement incentives to drive store sales targets. You will also contribute to the overall store results by improving the customer journey, building client loyalty, and fostering long-term relationships.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will maintain an active social relationship with clients and the community, staying up-to-date on market trends and needs.
You will demonstrate operational excellence in all store processes, including budget management, stock optimization, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to leverage CRM tools to attract, retain, and engage clientele. A salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 target bonus is available for the right candidate.
