Job Responsibilities

- Develop business strategies, set achievable goals, and implement incentives to boost sales performance.
- Demonstrate operational excellence in all store processes, including managing budgetary expenses.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards meet Company directives.
- Foster client relationships by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales opportunities.
Requirements
We're seeking a retail leader with 4-5 years of experience in luxury fashion/retail. The ideal candidate is a true fashion expert with a passion for sales, styling, and clienteling.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 target bonus.
