We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at Thom Child and Family Services. As an Early Intervention SLP, you will be responsible for providing home and community-based services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or risk factors.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess children's developmental status and identify areas of strength and need.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans that address each child's unique goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress, including progress notes, reports, and assessments.
Essential Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or CF eligible.
- Strong knowledge of family systems and early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
