Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development.
- Design and implement evidence-based speech therapy programs that address each child's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
- Foster strong partnerships with families, caregivers, and community agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress, including progress notes, reports, and assessments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or CF eligible.
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
