Job Description: As an Early Intervention Social Worker/Clinician, you will be responsible for providing home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays. You will collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address the child's developmental needs and support family engagement in the intervention process.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work OR Certified or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, LHMC). Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is highly desirable.
