Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Social Worker to join our team as an Early Intervention Clinician. In this role, you will work closely with families and other professionals to provide individualized early intervention services to children from birth to 3 years old who have developmental delays or disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's developmental status and identify areas of need
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals
- Provide direct child development services and activities tailored to the needs of each child
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with families and community partners
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families preferred
- Strong understanding of family systems and early childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
