Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Pediatric Social Worker to join our team as an Early Intervention Clinician. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide home and community-based early intervention services to children from birth to 3 years old who have developmental delays or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive assessments of client's developmental status
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals
- Provide direct child development services and activities tailored to the needs of each child

Requirements:
