Position Information: The part time Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and staging orders and organizing the parts stockroom/warehouse. S/he will process orders received and shipped as well as assisting with inventory accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer, every day
- Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors
- Put safety first. Adhere to all Safety Policies, Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment standards
- Assist dispatcher as directed
- Maintain orderly and clean staging areas
- Pull orders quickly and accurately as listed on order/pick ticket
- Stage orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive and process orders from sales representatives
- Ensure parts are pulled and staged for delivery teams by times assigned
- Stage orders and stock truck to delivery expectations
- Communicate with Dispatcher and Inventory when discrepancies arise
- Assist stocking as needed
- Assist in bin counts as assigned
- Utilize inventory systems to verify correct parts on each order
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and free of hazards
Requirements
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
Working Conditions: The Parts Warehouse Associate will work and move about the Parts department in a warehouse-type environment. S/he will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials. S/he must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. S/he will move about the parts area to work with the parts team.
