Exterior cleaning specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including wiping exterior furniture, leaf blowing common areas porches and car parks. Cleaning grills and golf carts.
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas regularly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
