We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our vacation homes, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
- Striping and making beds as well as towel setups.
Skills
- Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Experience in air bnb cleaning settings is preferred.
- Background in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel standards of cleanliness and service quality.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
