What you will do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items following recipes and cooking instructions.
- Set up and maintain the food service counter or dining area.
- Serve food to customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor food preparation and serving techniques to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
What you will need
- Proven experience as a Food Service Worker or similar role.
- Completion of the provided training program.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Understanding of food allergies and modified diets.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.

Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
