Your Impact
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking, cooking, and performing utility tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. What you will need

Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards.

Cooking: Cook and prepare a wide range of dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation. This includes grilling, frying, steaming, and boiling meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.

Utility Work: Assist with various kitchen tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils. Ensure all food items are stored properly and maintain inventory levels.

Food Preparation: Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as needed.

Quality Control: Check the freshness and quality of ingredients. Monitor food during cooking to ensure proper preparation and presentation.

Safety and Sanitation: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service. Assist with training new kitchen staff as needed.
What you will need
- Proven experience as a cook, with a strong background in baking.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus.

Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
