Job Summary

As an HRIS Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our vibrant and dynamic Human Resources team. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and assisting the HRIS Administrator with optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), UKG Pro, and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. You will collaborate closely with the HRIS Administrator, broader HR team, and Payroll team to ensure our systems meet organizational needs and deliver a positive user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations, helping us maintain data integrity and streamline processes. By generating insightful reports and troubleshooting system issues, you will play a key role in enhancing our HR capabilities and supporting our strategic goals. Essential Accountabilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for all UKG Pro and WFM system-related issues, enhancements, and support requests.
  • Maintain data integrity by regularly auditing and reconciling system records; ensure accurate setup and maintenance of employee records.
  • Support system configuration, testing, workflows, and modules in UKG and WFM.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment of processes.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR, leadership, and compliance purposes using UKG reporting tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues; provide tier-one support and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and data transitions in UKG.
  • Participate in regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assist with annual activities such as Open Enrollment, performance evaluations, and year-end processing within UKG/WFM.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE OF:

  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, especially in a multi-location, hourly workforce environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to support non-technical users in the field.
  • Solid understanding data management best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and experience working with large data sets.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with system implementation, maintenance, or optimization projects in UKG.
  • Familiarity with UKG and WFM reporting tools (People Analytics, Business Intelligence, etc.).
  • Knowledge of payroll interfaces and integrations.
  • Experience in a multi-location or multi-state organization.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

MINIMUM REQUIRED:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience working with UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions, with hands-on experience in WFM modules (Timekeeping, Advance Scheduling, Accruals, etc.).

  • This position will be hybrid remote/office if located within the Boise, Idaho area, and fully remote for all other locations.
