This position will be hybrid for dining room server and cross trained to barista pending operational needs.
Shift start times are 7A, 11A, 4P and can be 8 hours or 4 hours pending schedule flexibility of candidate.

Wage Range: $15.50 base per hour. Wage increases with prior work experience.

Your contributions are:
- Operates cash register with an accuracy of 99.85% (plus or minus).
- Sets up appropriate cashier bank.
- Documents cash received and charges made.
- Identifies customer needs and refers to appropriate department for follow-up when necessary.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies etc. for coffee bar.
- Stocking refrigerators with beverages, condiments etc.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, polishing general work areas, this includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and throwing trash.
- Prepare and gather items needed for meal service.
- Provides exceptional service to all guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Prior food service or barista preferred, we will train persons with passion and dedication
ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must be 16 years of age
Physical and Sensory Requirements
Requires mobility to stand and walk extensively during beverage preparation and service. Lifting, carrying trays and boxes, up to 25lbs. Push/Pull Food Hot Boxes up to 50lbs. Bend, stoop for access to carts, food, trays, and other kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity for the use of kitchen utensils and tools. Visuals for reading menus, labels, and directions. Hearing to respond to verbal communications. Taste and Smell to assess food quality, freshness, and adherence to dietary requirements. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
