Position Summary
The open pantry position is responsible for preparing the food buffet bars to open the restaurant to serve our guests The buffet bars include two hot bars, salad and soup bars, and two cold bars along with the dessert station. This position requires dedication to meet deadlines and manage time well for a seven day restaurant operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work shifts begin at 9AM to 5PM with open availability required Monday to Sunday based on business demands
- Dependability is a must for this position with a strong ability to lead a team of smorgasbord attendants over peak lunch period
- Interact with our guests to help our team provide an outstanding dining experience
- Ability to work independently and practice time management to meet deadlines to open restaurant to guests
- Replenishment of food offerings
