A Typical Day at Thomas Edison Electric Inc. as a Client Experience Coordinator
You arrive each day with a positive can do attitude to schedule and coordinate all of our client's service requests for the current day and the future while interacting with our electricians and team members to deliver a first class service experience to all of our clients. You with a smiling cheerful phone voice schedule appointments with our clients that contact us requesting service in real time. You would answer emails and text messages from our clients and our team members. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you dispatch service calls and interact with the electricians. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising our client's schedule or requests for work. You perform a variety of administrative office duties relevant to helping satisfy our clients such as written proposals. You take pride and feel good knowing that each client received excellent communication from our team, service from our electricians and everyone was kept updated in the loop of communications. You are an "Orchestra Conductor" keeping everyone on point to deliver an exceptional experience for all of our clients.
Qualifications
- Must be able to proficiently navigate Windows 10
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office 365 & Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrate excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
- Organization, self-discipline and a quick learner
- Must have good vocabulary, spelling and typing skills
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Proven client service experience (minimum 1 year)
