CONTRACT : Part-Time Benefits Administrator
Our client, a consulting firm, is looking for a Part-Time Benefits Administrator to support their client.
This role is 100% remote.
This is expected to be 25-35 hours per week.
Key Qualifications :
Dayforce experience is required
Must have a strong background in benefits administration for a large company
Responsibilities :
Assist employees through the benefit election process when newly eligible and when qualified life events occur
Answer employee questions regarding interpretation of benefit policies
Review and approve Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSOs) and coordinate coverage with internal benefits administration system, carriers, and if applicable approve benefits enrollments in Dayforce
Oversee Voluntary / Ancillary plan enrollment and changes
Administer the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) process for any insured short- and long-term disability and life insurance plans
Manage dependent child age-out process at age 26, including communications to employee and carriers as needed
Monitor FSA Health Savings and Dependent Care spending accounts and Health Savings Accounts, if applicable
Work with vendors in monitoring systems and plans for eligibility and enrollment
Manage data flow to vendors and review and provide resolution on carrier discrepancy reports
Provide enrollment reporting, census reports, and other ad hoc requests
Provide benefit deduction arrears reporting if necessary
Support for up to 4,100 benefits eligible employees
