Job Description
The role will assist the finance department via corporate finance and treasury functions. This role would directly support the VP of Finance and VP of Treasury at a publicly traded NASDAQ listed company. Additionally, this position will be actively involved in data analytics, ad hoc reporting and KPIs, requiring high level support of strategic decision-making while being technically hands-on. There will be additional exposure to M&A transactions as the company continues to grow organically and in-organically.
The organization has a highly regarded company culture and the candidate will be working alongside an industry veteran and a finance professional with management consulting, investment banking, and operational turnaround experience.
Responsibilities:
- M&A deal support
- Ad hoc financial analysis and special financial projects
- Corporate analytics and reporting
- Short-, medium- and long-term forecast modeling
- Support of operational and commercial business decision making
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-5 years of experience
- Must be well versed in excel (vlookups, pivot tables, modeling)
- Have a strong understanding of finance and accounting topics
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
