Contract-to-hire : Organizational Development & Training Specialist (10039)
Client, located off 75 Royal Lane, is looking for an Organizational Development & Training Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 day remote). This will be a pivotal high-visibility role to enhance the performance side of the organization.
Keys :
- Responsible for owning the Performance Management Organizational Program
- Own career development plans
- Create system designs and training for organization
- Create content for People Services team used for education throughout the organization
- Own new employee orientation
- Healthcare experience a huge plus
- UKG Pro system experience helpful but not required
