- Program Execution: Implement and manage HACCP, Pre-requisite Programs, and other quality-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field; 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: HACCP Certification, SQF, NSF, or ISO22000.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
