Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in air freight forwarding? We are looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join our clients team near the airport. In this role, you’ll coordinate shipments, handle all necessary documentation, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule shipments with airlines and manage the movement of goods through transportation channels.
- Process all required documents for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Monitor shipments, providing regular status updates to customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the shipment process.
- Work with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely service delivery.
- Adhere to all customs, trade, and regulatory laws to maintain compliance.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in air freight forwarding and export coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Cargowise experience is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical commodities is a bonus!
Salary $60-67K - DOE
