Our client—a top 10 global freight forwarder based near MKE—is hiring multiple Air & Ocean Operations Specialists to join their rapidly growing team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing customer relationships in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air and ocean freight shipments, managing timelines and logistics
- Prepare import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs)
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
- Work closely with internal teams across logistics, finance, and operations
What They’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- CargoWise experience preferred (not essential)
