We’re looking for a skilled Ocean Import Coordinator to join our clients logistics team! In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end ocean import operations—from customs clearance to final delivery—ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant shipments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ocean freight imports, including customs clearance and delivery
- Work with carriers, brokers, and trucking companies
- Track shipments and keep customers informed
- Prepare documentation (invoices, bills of lading, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with trade and customs regulations
- Provide top-notch customer service
Experience
- Min. 3 years experience in ocean imports
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Cargowise experience a plus
- Fluency in English (additional languages a bonus)
Location - South San Francisco
This is an onsite position - Tues - Saturday schedule
Salary - $55-65K
